Redcurrants or cranberries
1 large plastic bucket
1 small plastic bucket (this should be able to fit inside the larger bucket)
6 large rocks
Fill the large plastic bucket with around 4cm of water and freeze until solid.
Once this is frozen, take it out of the freezer.
Place the smaller bucket inside and fill with rocks so it is weighed down, otherwise when you start to add water the bucket will float.
Fill the gap between the buckets with water a third of the way up the side.
Take your redcurrant and rosemary and begin to pop them down the sides, making sure they are close to the outer edge of the bucket.
Once you are happy, place it back in the freezer until frozen.
Repeat this step 2 more times and then leave the bucket to freeze over night.
To remove the ice bucket, take the rocks from the centre, fill with warm water and leave until it loosens so you can slide it out.
Remove the outer bucket by submerging in warm water and place on a tray, pop your favourite tipple in and wow your guests!
