Bircher Muesli
  1. Combine the oats, apple juice, lemon juice and raisins in a bowl and pop in the fridge overnight.
  2. Crush the whole almonds and the hazelnuts in a pestle and mortar to break them up a little.
  3. Toast all the nuts in a frying pan until golden and set aside.
  4. Core the apple just before eating, keeping the skin on, and grate into the oats.
  5. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and stir through.
  6. Spoon into bowls, scatter over the nuts, slice in the banana and enjoy!
