Scrambled Eggs and Smoked Salmon


With lots of loved ones to spoil, what better way to do it than with Breakfast in Bed?
This recipe is really easy to make but it is definitely sure to wow whoever you are making
it for. For a healthy alternative, serve without the bread but if you are anything like me
serve on delicious warm buttered sourdough. You could even get creative and cut the toast
into heart shapes using a cookie cutter, cute!

 

Scrambled Eggs and Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
3 Burford brown eggs
10 grams (0.4oz) butter
A pinch of sea salt
A slice of smoked salmon, cut into ribbons
½ a teaspoon of finely chopped chives (scissors are great for this)
Freshly ground pepper & sea salt
Buttered toast to serve

 

Firstly, in a cold non – stick saucepan whisk the Eggs and drop in the butter.

Place over a Medium heat and stir occasionally.

Then add the salmon to the pan and stir through, season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve sprinkled with Chives and pour onto hot, buttered Toast.
