Winter Sangria
  1. Put a large pan on a medium heat.
  2. Add the wine, orange juice, brandy, water, cinnamon stick and the sugar.
  3. Simmer gently for about 20 minutes, allow to cool then strain and chill in the fridge until needed.
  4. Pour into a bowl, add the ice and the slices of lime, oranges, lemon and figs.
  5. Serve with good cheer!
